Formed in 1997, SOCCC is a community based network that builds capacity and addresses the needs of an ever-changing diverse society.  We pride ourselves on providing a strategic infrastructure to enhance collaboration, communication, leadership and services for the empowerment and wellbeing of the South Omaha community.
